Questions
Can the lettuce corer also make florets?
Yes. The corer and halver converts to a cauliflower and broccoli floretter by replacing the cutting heads.
Are these machines stand-alone?
Yes. Each can be supplied alone, or with infeed, inspection and discharge conveyors as part of a fresh-cut, frozen or pickle line.
Which products can be trimmed?
Gherkins, cucumbers, carrots and similar elongated products on the top and tail trimmer; onions on the onion machine; peppers and chiles on the stem cutter and corer.
