Questions

Why top and tail before peeling?

Cutting both ends first exposes the outer skin layers, so peeling is faster and more uniform with less product loss.

Does onion size matter?

Yes. Sizing before the machine keeps cuts consistent. Bigtem supplies graders and feed conveyors with the machine.

Can it be combined with garlic processing?

Yes. Onion and garlic lines often share receiving, inspection and packing. Garlic uses clove separation and air peeling.
