Information you give us. When you use our quote request, contact or spare parts forms, or email or call us, we collect the information you provide, such as:

name, company, job role, work email address and phone number
country, state or province and plant city
project details, such as crops, product forms, equipment of interest, target capacity, utilities, timeline, current equipment and messages
for parts requests: machine type, serial number, parts needed and urgency
your preferred language and your consent to be contacted

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referring page and date and time. This is used to deliver and secure the website.

Steam peeler sizing calculator. The calculator runs in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us unless you choose to carry the result into a quote request and submit that form.

Hosting and IT providers that host the website, email and business systems on our behalf.
Bigtem, the manufacturer of the equipment, where project or machine information is needed to engineer a quotation, supply parts or provide technical support.
Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights.

Our service providers may only use personal information to provide services to us.

This website uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed for it to work and stay secure. It does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or marketing tools, such as HubSpot tracking or a web analytics service, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first. We are based in the United States, and our service providers and Bigtem may process information in other countries, including Türkiye. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take reasonable steps to protect it as described in this policy.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to your request, manage our business relationship, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. We then delete or anonymize it.
