Gentle Steam Peeler for Peaches, Tomatoes, Peppers and Delicate Produce

The Gentle steam peeler runs fruit at lower pressure, so the skin lifts while the flesh stays firm, with no lye in the process.

  • Four models, 250 to 1,000 L vessels
  • Peaches about 3 to 11.5 t/h at 8 bar (116 psi); potatoes about 3 to 20 t/h at 15 bar (spec sheet)
  • US and Canadian vessel certificates, any voltage
