Automatic Corn Cutter
Up to 130 ears/min per cutter, all-electric, embedded AI vision software.
Details →Peak season gives you a few weeks to run every acre. Every cob the cutter mishandles costs kernels, and every short-staffed shift costs throughput.

By Dan Ghadiri, Bigtem USA
Each automatic cutter runs up to 130 ears per minute. Cutters run in parallel, and rejected cobs are cut on hand-feed cutters. Sizing in spare cutters keeps the line at rate while one cutter is down for knives or maintenance, or when bad corn slows the feed.
Husks, cut cobs and nubbins are collected on waste conveyors and can be crushed for animal feed.
Bigtem USA engineers the line, supplies spare heads, knives and a knife sharpener, and builds for US voltage and 60 Hz.

Yes. The line is the same through cutting, washing and blanching; kernels then go to canning or IQF freezing.
Bigtem huskers come in 4, 8, 12 and 16-lane models; more lanes give higher capacity.
They are cut on hand-feed cutters, so good kernels are not sent to waste.
Yes, US voltage and 60 Hz are available.
